Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. Up to 5 units, 1 user, and 5 AI lease generations per month — free, no credit card, no expiry date.
How does per-unit pricing work?
You pay for the number of active units (properties/leases) in your portfolio. Add or remove units any time — billing adjusts at month-end.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit card, EFT, and Ozow instant EFT. Invoices available on Agency and Enterprise plans.
Can I migrate from my current system?
Yes. We provide a CSV importer for properties, tenants, and leases. The Professional and above plans include assisted migration.
Is Klikk POPIA compliant?
Yes. All data is hosted in South Africa, encrypted at rest and in transit, and processed in compliance with POPIA requirements.
Do you offer a discount for annual billing?
Yes — pay annually and get 15% off. Annual billing is available on all paid plans.
